- Turn brand and client objectives into single-minded creative briefs.
- Interrogate performance and audience evidence before deciding direction.
- Present and defend strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Raise the quality bar of creative output across the department.
Who you are
- Senior enough to hold a strategic point of view under challenge.
- You brief creative teams with clear rationale, not vague inspiration.
- You read performance data and let it change the concept.
- You write briefs that are short, sharp and single-minded.
- You are comfortable joining a role that is still being scoped in detail.
What you get
- Pay and bonus confirmed with the hiring manager at first conversation.
- Ownership of the creative strategy function, not a queue of briefs.
