Senior UGC Manager
Listed 5 weeks ago
A senior role for someone who has built a creator function before: you own UGC, product seeding and affiliates for a DTC pet care brand selling premium supplements, treats and grooming products to dog and cat owners in the US and UK. Compensation is set on your track record and scope, at senior-level ownership.
Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer pet care brand at around $8m a month in the US and UK, where creative is a primary driver of growth. They are not hiring a creator coordinator; they are hiring the person who builds the system that consistently turns creators into winning ads.
What you will do
- Own the strategy, team and numbers for UGC, product seeding and affiliates.
- Source, negotiate with, onboard and train creators from first contact to delivery.
- Build seeding into a reliable system that converts product sends into usable content.
- Recruit and develop affiliates who create content and generate profitable revenue.
- Define the department structure, hire where needed, and coach the team.
- Turn creative performance data into better creator selection, training and production.
Who you are
- You have built or scaled a UGC, creator, influencer or performance-content function.
- You have led and developed a team, not just managed a creator roster.
- You understand paid social creative and what makes UGC actually perform.
- You can coach a creator into better hooks, messages and execution.
- You build pipelines, SOPs and tracking instead of relying on manual follow-up.
- You are not a fit if you measure success by volume produced rather than winners.
What you get
- Compensation discussed on experience, track record, location and expectations, set for senior-level ownership.
- Full ownership of a department at a brand doing around $8m a month.
- Direct working relationships with Creative Strategy and Media Buying.
- Autonomy with real numbers behind it, and low micromanagement.
- A function you design from the structure up, not one you inherit.

Questions people ask
Why is the company not named?
This is a confidential search. You get the full picture of the business, the scale and the role now, and the name at interview.
What is the pay?
It is not fixed in advance. Compensation is discussed based on experience, track record, location and expectations, and reflects a senior hire with department ownership.
Is this a creator management job?
No. You own the system, the team and the output. Creator communication is a part of it, not the job.
How deep does the interview go?
Deeper than your portfolio. Expect questions on what you built, how you trained creators, how the content performed and what you changed after failures.
Due to application volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
