DTC Meta Static Ad Designer
Remote, UK/Europe preferred · Full-time · Listed 7 weeks ago
Remote static ad designer for a growing e-commerce brand. $1,500+ USD/month plus performance bonuses.
Our client is a growing e-commerce business that grows on paid Meta, where static creative is the lever that decides what scales. You will turn strategist briefs into mobile-first statics that are on-brand, correctly sized, and ready to ship on first submission.
What you will do
- Turn strategist briefs into roughly eight distinct static concepts every one to two days.
- Deliver first drafts that ship as-is, so strategists stay on strategy instead of fixing files.
- Build meaningful variations per concept without losing quality or clarity.
- Follow each brand book exactly: fonts, colors, guidelines, no deviation.
- Design for conversion using hierarchy, contrast, imagery and typography at mobile-feed scale.
- Track what leading DTC brands are running and bring new formats to the team unprompted.
Who you are
- 2+ years designing static Meta ads specifically for DTC or e-commerce brands.
- Your portfolio shows real paid Meta creative, not general graphic design.
- Fluent in Figma, with clean files others can navigate immediately.
- Comfortable producing at volume from strategist briefs.
- You understand direct-response advertising and can create AI imagery.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Not for you if you prefer brand identity work over high-volume performance output.
What you get
- $1,500+ USD/month plus performance bonuses.
- Fully remote, UK or Europe preferred.
- Work where creative is the main growth channel, so your designs are measured, not admired.
- A clear brief-to-ship loop with strategists, not design by committee.
How the process runs
- 1.Apply through the link with your Meta static portfolio.
- 2.Short intro call to cover experience and fit.
- 3.Portfolio review: be ready to discuss account, spend, timeframe and performance for claimed winners.
- 4.Offer and start.
