Choppa Ecom sells joint health supplements to people 40+ who want their life back. The front end works; the back end has no accountable owner, and that is the role we are hiring.

What you'll do

Forecast stock, raise purchase orders and run international procurement so the brand never runs out.
Manage technical contractors and agencies so work lands without the founder involved.
Deliver a daily P&L and keep the monthly balance sheet current.
Clear weekly contractor payroll and supplier invoices on time, every cycle.
Keep Shopify, Loop subscriptions and Checkout Champ running so revenue flows do not break unnoticed.
Build systems that surface problems before anyone reports them.

Who you are

You have owned back-end operations for a 7- or 8-figure e-commerce brand.
You have done stock forecasting, purchase orders and international procurement hands-on.
You know Shopify and its app ecosystem, Loop subscriptions and Checkout Champ deeply.
You have managed remote teams, agencies and 3PL selection and issues.
You read a P&L and maintain a balance sheet without help.
You understand the Meta, Google and Klaviyo back end.
