Questions people ask
- Why is the company not named?
- This is a confidential search. Full details of the business, including what it sells and who it sells to, are shared with candidates during the process.
- Is this a brief-writing role or do I own results?
- You own results. Research, hypothesis, concept, brief, production and post-launch analysis are all yours, and you are measured on winning ads.
- Do I have to be in CET?
- The team is remote-first and asynchronous, but the core schedule is built around 09:00–17:00 CET, so meaningful overlap is expected.
- Is the 6-month contract the end of it?
- It is an initial 6-month agreement for a full-time contract role. The work is an ongoing pipeline, not a project.
- Who is this not for?
- Anyone who needs ramp-up on how to run a creative pipeline, or who hands creative to a media buyer and walks away.
