What you'll do

  • Ship 4 complete ad concepts per week, each with 5 hook variants.
  • Generate characters, product shots, environments and b-roll for each brief.
  • Create AI video with believable motion, dialogue, lip sync and character consistency.
  • Edit for pacing, hooks, captions and retention, not just aesthetics.
  • Diagnose weak generations and fix them instead of regenerating from scratch.
  • Build new variants from winning creatives rather than abandoning them.

Who you are

  • Strong editor on pacing, hooks, subtitles and retention.
  • Hands-on with AI image or video generation tools.
  • You understand prompt engineering, or can learn it fast.
  • You spot subtle AI artifacts and continuity breaks others miss.
  • You take feedback once and apply it consistently.
  • You work independently, 5 days per week, fully remote.
