Our client is a growing e-commerce brand with an in-house creative team that produces advertising creative at pace. This role owns the operational execution of that team, so strategists and editors stay aligned and more creatives launch on time.
What you'll get
- Fully remote role.
- Full ownership of creative operations, not a slice of it.
- Direct working relationship with the Head of Creative and the Head of Video Editing.
- Freedom to redesign workflows that slow the team down.
- A role measured on creatives launched on time, not documents produced.
What you'll do
- Manage the workflow of every strategist and editor pair at the same time.
- Track every concept from brief through final delivery and launch.
- Hold the clock: scripts on time, editor reviews within 24 hours, revisions never older than 48 hours.
- Run timelines, deadlines, workload allocation and production schedules in Notion or Asana.
- Spot blockers early, fix what you can, escalate the rest with a proposed resolution.
- Lead the weekly production meeting and report daily on capacity, status and delivery risk.
Who you are
- You have 2+ years managing creative, marketing or agency projects.
- You have coordinated editors, copywriters, designers or full creative teams.
- You follow up before a deadline slips, not after.
- You keep people accountable without micromanaging them.
- You communicate clearly in written and spoken English across different personalities.
- You have worked in remote teams and solve problems without waiting to be asked.

Questions people ask
- Why is the company not named?
- This is a confidential search. You learn the company name in the first conversation.
- Is this a creative role?
- No. Strategists and editors own the creative. You own the process, the schedule and the follow-up that gets it shipped.
- Do I need e-commerce experience?
- It is a bonus, not a requirement. Experience with DTC brands, paid advertising creative teams, agencies or high-output production environments is valued.
- What does success look like in this role?
- More creatives launched on time, fewer production bottlenecks, and a Head of Creative free to focus on strategy and coaching.
If you are the person who keeps a creative team unstuck, this role is yours to own.
