Most creative strategists lose good ideas to accounts that can't spend. Here, concepts get produced, launched, and backed with real budget when they work.
What you'll get
- $8,000–$10,000/month plus OTE.
- Significant paid media budgets across established DTC brands to validate your ideas.
- Direct feedback from the Head of Creative and strong operators beside you.
- Your ideas tested and scaled quickly, in a team that invests heavily in getting better.
- Generally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EDT, with flexibility where appropriate.
What you'll do
- Deliver 10–15 new creative concepts every week.
- Write production-ready briefs and scripts: angle, hook, concept, execution, reasoning.
- Read account and creative performance to decide what to test, iterate, kill, or scale.
- Build a weekly creative strategy and action plan from account data.
- Develop fresh angles and hypotheses without waiting to be handed them.
- Own your accounts and the results your creative produces.
Who you are
- You've worked with 8- or 9-figure DTC brands on accounts spending $1M+ in paid media.
- Your creatives have carried roughly 350K–500K+ in total ad spend, and you can show them.
- You can build and explain a complete creative strategy on your own.
- You turn performance data into your next creative decision, not a report.
- You want direct feedback more than praise, and high standards around you.
- You're not a fit if you need concepts fed to you or plan to juggle other clients.
How it works

- 2Interview on strategy, testing, and creative development.
- 3Practical test task, roughly 1–2 hours.
- 4Final decision and offer. Target start: ASAP.
Questions people ask
- Who is the employer?
- This is a confidential search for a performance creative team working with established DTC brands on significant paid media budgets. You'll learn exactly who they are during the interview process.
- Is 10–15 concepts a week realistic?
- It's the standard here, and it's why the role is senior. You're judged on whether those concepts win, not on volume of documents.
- Can I keep freelance clients on the side?
- No. This is a full-time commitment, not another account on a roster.
- What should I bring to the application?
- The winners. Show the ads, the spend behind them, why they worked, and what you'd test next.
