Our client is a direct-to-consumer beauty brand selling to women, already at 8 figures and pushing to 9. They can buy media; what they cannot manufacture fast enough is genuinely new angles, formats, concepts and avatars to put in market.
What you'll get
- $5,000-$7,500 per month, plus 3% of ad spend on your winners
- Their best strategist made $30k last month
- A defined path: Creative Strategist to Lead, to Head of Creative, to Head of Growth, to CMO
- Full ownership of a creative pipeline end to end, with light tooling and no hand-holding
- A seat on the client's own team, on the single lever capping company growth
What you'll do
- Ship 15 net-new concepts every week, without being project-managed
- Own the full loop: research, angle, script, editor brief, results, iterate
- Write concepts that absorb real ad spend, not one-off tests that die
- Make your own kill and iterate calls off hook rate, hold rate, CPA and ROAS
- Prove new avatars and angles in market to expand the addressable audience
- Document a written learning from every ad so the next round starts sharper
Who you are
- 2+ years in direct response, in-house at a DTC brand or at a creative agency
- You have personal winners: scripts you wrote that spent $100K+, authorship verifiable
- You have worked where Meta spend ran $1M+ per month
- You know the beauty space and selling to women
- You can explain mechanically why an ad won or failed, not just that it did
- You are radically coachable and want direct, frequent critique
How it works
- 1Apply through the link on this page
- 2Share your proof: spend figures, the ads, the scripts
- 3Interview with the client, who is named once you are in process
- 4Offer
Questions people ask
- Why is the company not named?
- This is a confidential search. You learn exactly which brand it is once you are in process.
- Is 15 concepts a week realistic?
- It is the standard, every week, and quality is expected to hold. If that volume is not how you already work, this role is not for you.
- What counts as a winner for the bonus?
- Concepts you authored that take real spend. The bonus is 3% of ad spend behind them.
- Is this a writer or editor role?
- Neither. You are not waiting for a brief and not polishing aesthetics. You own research, angle, script, briefing and the data.
If you have written ads that spent six figures and can do it again this week, apply.
