About the role
We are hiring a full-time Internal Recruiter to support our Head of Recruitment in filling active client requisitions with high-quality candidates. This role exists to ensure every open role has: • Consistent, proactive candidate flow • Structured, high-quality screening • Clear hiring progression • Strong placement outcomes If done well: • Requisitions move faster • Placement success rates increase • Clients receive stronger shortlists • Hiring momentum never stalls You are the execution engine behind successful hiring delivery.
What you'll do
You are accountable for: • Supporting the Senior Recruiter in filling multiple active client requisitions • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct headhunting • Building and maintaining strong, role-specific talent pipelines • Conducting structured interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit • Managing the full hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance • Preparing clear, decision-ready candidate summaries • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs • Developing and implementing improvements to streamline hiring workflows • Utilizing ATS(Orgboard) and LinkedIn effectively for recruitment tracking • Monitoring and improving key metrics including: Hiring speed Placement rate Placement success • Ensuring CRM/ATS data is clean, accurate, and always up to date This is ownership of recruitment execution — not administrative support.
What we're looking for
This role requires independent execution, structured interview capability, and strong sourcing confidence. You should have: • 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent sourcing • Experience supporting requisition-based hiring • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills • Confidence conducting structured interviews • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously • Comfort tracking and improving hiring metrics •Training will be provided for our ATS Experience recruiting for property, eCommerce, service-based, or operational roles is advantageous.
