Talo is hiring on behalf of a client
A confidential search run by Talo for one of its clients. The full brief is shared with shortlisted candidates.
In USD, your own concepts only, not the whole account's. This role needs at least $750k.
In USD a month. This role needs at least $1M a month.
Links to screenshots or a results doc. The client asks for: Ad account screen shots, produced creatives and concept breakdowns
Two or three briefs that went into production.
The ads themselves, with a line on what each did.
The base for this role is stated at $10,000 per month, plus a performance bonus of either 10% of ad spend (capped) or 5% of ad spend (uncapped). Give a single monthly figure in USD.
The client wants someone starting as soon as possible, beginning with a paid two-week trial sprint. Give an actual date, allowing for any notice period.
Count only time concepting and directing ads for paid media, not general video editing or brand content.
Pick the single closest match.
Only spend behind concepts you originated or directed, not total account spend you were adjacent to. Be honest — this is verified against your proof pack and in interview.
Monthly spend on the account as a whole, at the time you were working on it.
Tick only what you did yourself, not what your team did around you.
One link (Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox) set to open access, containing: Meta ad account screenshots showing spend and results behind your concepts, the finished VSLs and AI-generated ads themselves, and a short breakdown of the thinking behind at least one concept. Applications without this will not progress. Redact client names if you must, but leave spend and result figures visible.
Around 150–250 words. Be specific about the angle, the hook and what the data told you — not the production process. Include the metric you were judged on (ROAS, CPA, hold rate) and the figure.
A paragraph is enough. Tell us what you would test, what you would kill, what you would brief each editor to make, and how you would decide — not what you would ask your manager.
