Talo is hiring on behalf of a client
Full-time · 9 AM–5 PM EST (New York time)
A confidential search run by Talo for one of its clients. The full brief is shared with shortlisted candidates.
The budget for this role is approximately $1,500/month plus bonuses, with some flexibility for experience and fit. Give one monthly figure in USD (numbers only), not a range.
Pick the first date you could realistically begin full-time work. If you are on notice, use the date your notice ends.
This role is a full-time, exclusive remote position contracted to work New York hours, so we need to know your working location and time zone. Example: "Working from the Philippines, Filipino citizen".
Be honest about overlap — the funnel team works live together during these hours.
Count only paid work where page building was a core part of your job, not general web design.
Choose the single closest match.
If you have used a comparable builder instead (Unbounce, Shogun, PageFly, GemPages, Instapage, Webflow, Funnelish, ClickFunnels), pick the closest level and name the tool in the next question.
Select all that apply. Do not select tools you have only watched tutorials on.
Name the specific tool or workflow (for example a clone extension, a saved component library, a template system) and say roughly how much build time it saves you per page.
Select only formats you have shipped live, not ones you have assisted on.
One per line, most recent first. Format: Company — your role — month/year to month/year — what you built. Include whether it was in-house, agency or freelance.
Select all markets where the pages you built actually ran.
"Personally built" means you assembled the page yourself, not that you managed someone who did.
Pick the highest single month across any employer or client. Choose the honest option if you did not have visibility of the spend.
Sustained means maintained for at least a month, not one busy week.
Select only what you did yourself, without someone else finishing it for you.
A shareable link (Drive, Notion, Loom) to screenshots of analytics, ad account data, conversion rates or before/after results — with your name or role visible where possible. Set permissions to "anyone with the link". If you have no data access, link a short Loom explaining what you can evidence instead.
Paste live URLs (or one link to a page listing them). Advertorials, presale pages or listicles that ran paid traffic are strongest. If a page is no longer live, link a full-page screenshot or archived version and say so.
Cover: the offer and audience, the angle the copy was going for, the specific build and design decisions you made to support it, how you handled mobile, and what the results were. Write it yourself — pasted AI text is easy to spot and will count against you.
One or two paragraphs. Be specific about the tools, the trade-offs you would make, what you would decide alone, and what you would flag.
The task is a small, time-boxed page build that reflects real work. We will confirm whether it is paid or unpaid when we invite you.
Record on your phone or Loom, unedited, camera on. Say who you are, the page builder you know best, the hardest page you have shipped and why, and your typical daily output. Upload to Loom, YouTube (unlisted) or Drive and check the link is viewable by anyone before pasting it.
Optional. For example adjustments you need for interviews or the practical task, notice periods, planned time away, or anything about your circumstances you would like us to take into account. Leave blank if not relevant.
