Scenario: You take over our AppLovin account. Spend is flat at roughly $8K/day, one video from three months ago drives 70% of spend and its ROAS is slipping, and the last twelve tests have all lost. Our buyer is women aged 45+ who travel often and hate checked-bag fees. Walk us through your first two weeks: what you would look at in the data, how you would decide which angles to test, what your first three briefs would be, and how you would keep editors delivering by the end of each week.
