Talo is hiring on behalf of a client
Full-time · Remote
A confidential search run by Talo for one of its clients. The full brief is shared with shortlisted candidates.
Give a single monthly gross figure or a narrow range in USD (for example "USD 2,500" or "USD 2,500–2,800"). Compensation is competitive and based on experience, so we use this to check budget fit early.
If you are serving notice, give the first date you could realistically begin full-time.
This is a fully remote, full-time role, so we need to know where you will be contracted from and any restrictions we should plan around. Example: "Based in the Philippines, Filipino national, independent contractor."
The team is US-market focused, so daily overlap matters for follow-ups and the weekly production meeting.
Count only time where project delivery was your core responsibility.
Choose the closest match.
One per line, most recent first. Format: Company — Title — Month/Year to Month/Year — what you coordinated (for example: editors, strategists, designers, copywriters).
Select all that apply.
Answer yes only if deadlines, workload allocation and follow-up were your responsibility, not someone else's.
Count finished assets per month across the whole team (ads, videos, statics, edits). Choose the honest option if you cannot verify the figure.
Count strategists, editors, designers, copywriters and creators whose work you scheduled or chased.
Select only what you were accountable for.
Select all that apply. We work across Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, Loom and AI productivity tools.
For example a Loom walkthrough of a project board you built, a screenshot-based one-pager, an SOP, a capacity tracker or a weekly report template. Redact client names and confidential data before sharing. Make sure the link is publicly viewable.
For example a campaign, ad set, showreel, brand page or case study the team delivered while you managed the schedule. A public link or shared folder is fine.
Cover what the delivery problem was, the system or routine you put in place, the numbers before and after (on-time rate, turnaround time, output per week), and what you would do differently. Please write this yourself rather than using AI-generated text.
One or two paragraphs. Be specific about the messages you send, how you re-allocate work, what you change in the tracker, and what you bring to the Head of Creative with a proposed resolution.
This is a time-boxed task of roughly 60–90 minutes, used to see how you structure a production plan.
Record on Loom, Google Drive or YouTube (unlisted) and check the link is viewable without a login. Speak to camera in English and cover: who you are, the creative team you most recently kept on schedule, and one deadline you saved before it slipped. No editing, slides or script reading needed.
Optional. For example interview scheduling needs, notice period constraints, accessibility adjustments, or a gap you would like to explain. This will not count against your application.
