What is your expected monthly base salary in USD?

The base range for this role is $4,000–6,000 USD per month, plus a performance bonus. Give a single figure or a tight range.

What is your earliest possible start date?

If you have a notice period, give the first date you could realistically begin full-time.

Can you reliably work 10:00–18:00 Dubai time (GMT+4), Monday to Friday, including occasional longer days to unblock urgent ads?

You may work from anywhere, but consistent availability in these hours is non-negotiable. Answer no if your current location or commitments make this unrealistic.

How many years have you spent editing DTC performance video ads that ran with real paid media spend?

Count only paid direct-response work (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), not organic social or corporate video.

Which best describes your hands-on AI video production experience right now?

Pick the single statement that is most honestly true of the last 12 months.

What is the most experience you have had reviewing, QC'ing or training other video editors?

Choose the highest level you have genuinely held responsibility for, not one-off feedback.

Which of these tools have you used hands-on in a real production workflow?

Tick only the tools you have actually worked in, not ones you have read about.

Share a link to 2–3 hyper-realistic AI UGC or AI-generated ads you personally produced that ran with paid spend.

One public link (Drive, Frame.io, site) with viewing access on. In the file names or a short note, state your exact role on each ad, the brand or vertical, the month it ran, and the platform it ran on.

Describe one QC checklist, SOP, prompt library or workflow you built, and the measurable change it produced.

Cover: the recurring problem, what you built, how you got editors to actually use it, and the numbers before and after (e.g. first-pass approval rate, revision rounds, ads delivered per editor per week, QC turnaround). Include a link if you can share the document.

It is 16:00 Dubai time. An editor sends you a two-minute AI UGC ad for US women aged 50+. The hook is strong, but the presenter's hand warps for half a second at 0:18, lip-sync drifts in the final 20 seconds, and two caption cards are mistimed. The strategist wants it today. What do you ship, what do you fix yourself, what goes back to the editor, and exactly how do you word the feedback so this does not recur?

One or two paragraphs. Be specific about your prioritisation and the exact wording or format of your feedback.
