Talo is hiring on behalf of a client
A confidential search run by Talo for one of its clients. The full brief is shared with shortlisted candidates.
In USD, your own concepts only, not the whole account's. e.g. $450,000
In USD a month. This role needs at least $200k a month.
Links to screenshots or a results doc. Blur what you must, but the numbers and your ads need to be visible.
Two or three briefs that went into production.
The ads themselves, with a line on what each did.
Give one number for monthly base, e.g. 4,500. The base range for this role is $3,000–$6,000 USD per month, plus an uncapped bonus tied to ad spend and performance.
We want someone in seat within about 3.5 weeks. Give a realistic date, allowing for any notice period.
Please answer honestly — it is not a fit if you need fixed hours or cannot flex during scale windows.
Count only hands-on performance creative work, not general content, brand or editing roles.
Pick the single statement that is true of work you personally did, most recently.
Two parts, please. 1) Brand/account, your exact role, dates, monthly Meta spend at the time. 2) One winner: the angle and hook, the metrics before and after (CPA, ROAS, hook rate, spend it held), how you knew it was the creative and not the media buying, and what you briefed next off the back of it. Named brands and real numbers score far higher than general claims.
Account-level monthly Meta spend during the period you owned the creative, not lifetime or agency-wide totals.
Tick only what you did yourself, not what your team did around you.
One link (Google Drive, Notion or similar) containing three things: (1) ad account screenshots or reports showing how your own concepts performed, (2) one or two creative briefs you personally wrote, (3) the finished creatives those briefs produced (video or static). Check the link is viewable by anyone, and redact client-confidential figures rather than omitting evidence. Claims without proof cannot be scored.
Tell us what you look at first, how you settle the attribution disagreement, what you brief this week versus next, and what you would tell the founders. We are reading for judgment and decisiveness, not length — a focused paragraph is enough.
